- 253 mg of Omega 3 fatty acid (α-Linolenic Acid )
- 88.3 mg of Omega 6 fatty acid ( Linoleic Acid ) and
- 21.3 mg of Omega 9 fatty acid (Oleic Acid )

Flaxseed Oil is a natural source of essential fatty acids. It is a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA ) and omega-6-fatty acid -Linoleic Acid (LA). In addition, it also contains omega-9-fatty acid in the form of oleic acid.
Studies have demonstrated following beneficial actions with long term use of omega-3-fatty acids:
- Lowering of serum triglyceride levels
- Anti-inflammatory action
- Anti-platelet action
- Blood pressure lowering action

1 capsule three to four times a day. |
| Adverse drug reactions: |
Aspivit 369 is generally well tolerated by majority of patients. Occasional patients may develop gastric discomfort, mild abdominal pain or loose stools. |
| Drug Interactions: |
Aspivit 369 may produce additive effective when co-administered with anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, lipid lowering or anti-platelet drugs. If required, the dosage of the co-administered drugs should be adjusted accordingly |
| Contra Indications: |
Known or suspected hypersensitivity to flaxseeds or any of the ingredients. |
