Our innovation journey is led by Dr. Sanjay Agrawal, who holds 42+ patents and has spent over 35 years pushing the boundaries of pharmaceutical science. Through his leadership, Asprius has:

Developed & commercialized unique formulations for Diabetic Neuropathy, helping patients where conventional treatments fail.

Introduced Fixed-Dose Combinations (FDCs) specifically tailored to treat neuropathies. These FDCs combine multiple active ingredients, targeting not just symptoms but also underlying causes.

Focused on early prevention by introducing neuro‑protective medications to support neuronal regeneration before damage becomes irreversible. Our commitment to evidence‑based medicine ensures that every Asprius product is backed by research, data and real‑world impact.

"Clarity in vision, discipline in execution, and consistency in pursuit." Armed with an education from Northwood University, USA, Mr. Vishal Zinzuwadia chose a path of entrepreneurship that diverged from his family's established gold and diamond jewellery business of over 50 years.

Becoming a first-generation pharmaceutical entrepreneur, he established Asprius Lifesciences in Ahmedabad - originally under the name Astrum Genetica, later rebranded to Asprius Lifesciences.

Despite being new to the pharmaceutical industry, his focus, persistence, and clear vision enabled him to steer Asprius into becoming a respected research-driven company. Mr. Zinzuwadia's leadership philosophy is rooted in clarity, discipline, and consistency, which has shaped Asprius into a company admired for its long-term vision and reliability.

A name synonymous with pharmaceutical innovation, Dr. Sanjay Agrawal brings over 35 years of experience in formulation development and market strategy. He is a patent holder of more than 42 molecules, specializing in diabetic neuropathy.

His expertise spans solid orals, liquids, nutraceuticals, multiparticulates, and food product formulations. He has pioneered novel, adaptable, and patentable platform technologies that have set new industry benchmarks.

Dr. Sanjay Agrawal holds a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry and an MBA from IMT. He is the Editor-in-Chief of IJM Today, serves on the editorial boards of The Antiseptic and QualPharma Magazine, and has published over 2000 papers in reputed national and international journals.

At Asprius, Dr. Agrawal leads the Technical & Marketing Department, ensuring that science and strategy walk hand-in-hand. His evidence-based approach has been key to patented FDC development and strengthening Asprius' reputation as a research-first company.
